What we look for
We publish deep-dive quantitative essays on modern football analytics: expected goals (xG/xGA/xGOT) methodology, spatial tracking models, tactical phase deconstructions, and empirical evaluations of predictive algorithms.
Submissions must be original, in English, between 800 and 1,500 words, and supported by concrete data calculations or reproducible logic. Fluffy AI-generated text, unsubstantiated opinion pieces, and recycled summaries are rejected automatically.
Editorial topics and angles
Analytical comparisons of European league tactics using passing networks and defensive line metrics;
Mathematical audits of statistical bias and regression-to-the-mean in football predictions;
Detailed case studies evaluating xG overperformance vs underperformance across multi-season samples;
Engineering reflections on building resilient, leak-free data synchronization pipelines.
What we do NOT accept
Strictly NO betting touts, tipping services, promotional handicap advice, or bookmaker affiliate content;
Strictly NO unverified AI 'hallucination' text without structured data references;
Strictly NO commercial advertorials disguised as neutral analytical research.
Attribution and linking policy
Accepted guest authors receive a prominent author signature box, profile avatar, 100-word bio, and 1 contextual Dofollow link to their personal blog, research laboratory, or professional portfolio.
In-text citations pointing to authoritative statistical references (Opta, FBref, sports science papers) are encouraged. Commercial promotional links in the body will be flagged as nofollow or rejected.
We strictly refuse paid link placements — every article is judged purely on analytical merit and reader utility.
